Out of Indiana, Pennsylvania, a name is beginning to turn heads in college basketball recruiting circles: Aaron Webb. The 6-foot-8, 200-pound power forward from Indiana Area High School is building one of the more intriguing recruiting profiles in the Class of 2027, and early indications suggest his recruitment is just getting started.
Webb is a four-star prospect according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings, and he slots in as the No. 121 overall prospect and No. 2 in Pennsylvania.
On the recruiting front, Webb has already collected five offers, drawing interest from a diverse group of programs. Louisville and Virginia Tech headline the list from the Power Five level, signaling that high-major programs are paying close attention to his development. James Madison, La Salle, and Pepperdine round out his offer sheet, giving Webb options across multiple conferences as he weighs his future.
At 6-8 and 200 pounds, Webb has the prototypical size for the power forward position at the next level, with what figures to be ample room to continue developing his frame.
With no visits scheduled yet and no Crystal Ball predictions logged, Webb’s recruitment remains wide open — which likely means the coming months will bring even more program interest as coaches get a closer look at one of Pennsylvania’s premier prospects in the 2027 class. He’ll be playing this AAU season with My Basketball Academy.
